What is Spirit Counseling?
Spirit = Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. You are a spirit here in a body. You chose to become a dense/solid form of energy, i.e. human. A separation occurred upon your arrival. There are three energies, the spirit, body, and mind. I purposefully put them in that order because we tend to put more focus on the mind. Put your focus on spirit and begin to create a relationship with the mind and body. When you do this, you join these three into the one being they strive to remember.
I offer guidance for you to trust what you already know as truth. First, we identify the ways in which your Spirit communicates with you through the results from the Intuitive Gifts quiz. We build trust in that method of communication by sitting with tools that you are naturally drawn to by noticing where you feel most peaceful. Is it in nature? Is it with crystals? Is it a curiosity about your astrology? Do essential oils always catch your attention? Is it oracle and tarot cards?
It is important to remember that you are a Spirit here in a Body, not a body here with a spirit.
